Does your child eat the same foods every day?

Do they refuse to try anything new? You don’t want a battle at the table – but you do wish they’d be willing to explore more foods. We understand! In our online workshop, you’ll learn exactly how to support your child to feel confident and curious about trying new foods, while avoiding mealtime power struggles. You’ll walk away with practical, proven strategies that help you encourage variety without pressure – so you can feel hopeful, not helpless, about mealtimes again.

Who is this course for?

This workshop is perfect for parents of toddlers, preschoolers, and primary-aged children who:

  • Are showing fussy eating behaviours

  • Eat only a small range of foods

  • Resist trying new foods

  • Cause mealtime stress and worry about nutrition

It’s also ideal if you’ve tried “getting them to eat” and nothing seems to work!
